Saturday the 4th of January saw our first event of 2025 for the Barrel Racing South Africa season.
Team Lazy A's had a switch around this season, with Dave riding Sweet Lily and Nohlene riding our wonder mare, Storm. The Buckskin bomber!
Storm ran some good times, and enjoyed having a better rider, and her Mom in the stirrups.
Sweet Lily and Dave have started to gel nicely as a new Team, and it was the first time competing in Texas Barrels for Lily. Some improved posture from the rider, and time in the saddle has certainly helped the duo. Lily is in the Navajo Grayscale saddle pad. Get it here
